The Restaurant Manager scenario is an ‘adventure experience’ where teams of participants are tasked with putting together an executable plan to set up a restaurant, market it and make it ready for one full evening of service.
In this scenario you will facilitate a group learning experience using a particular narrative; that of setting up a restaurant. Players will need to achieve this objective entirely by themselves.
The scenario is primarily aimed at people and teams in managerial positions, to improve their cooperation skills, communication skills, critical decision-making, data gathering & data analysis skills. The scenario can also be used for team-building & group learning exercises within academic institutions and other environments.
The experience is not location specific and can be done anywhere, including remotely/online. The number of people that take part will need to be multiples of 5-7, as those are the best team sizes.
